: We accept custom orders by phone, text, Instagram, or email. Availability on these is very limited and subject to JJ's time constraints. We also have a weekly bake sale (Saturdays), and a pizza night (Wednesdays), which are primarily first-come first-serve. However, you can contact us to request specific items, and we'll do what we can to hold items for you!
: You can request anything we are permitted to sell by custom order; for our weekly sales, our menu will be posted here every week prior to the sale.
: Sorry about that! Please let us know what we did wrong; we'll offer you a refund if possible, or an item of equal value when you come back next time!

: We are licensed as a Cottage Food Operation in San Diego County, and we are ServSafe licensed Food Managers/Handlers as required by the county. Our various licenses are on display every Saturday if you'd like to see!
: As we currently make everything in a home kitchen where all the equipment is shared, we unfortunately cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens in our products. We would be happy to recommend some of San Diego's many fine commercial gluten-free or other bakeries which are better equipped to guarantee your safety!
: Please contact us by email, phone/text, or Instagram to place orders for whole pizzas. We do request pre-payment for whole pizzas, at least 24 hours before pickup for Wednesday orders. You can pay via Venmo, or we can send you a Square link for online payment. Thank you!

Hello! This is JJ

San Diego has been my home for 12 years. It’s sunny, vibrant, and full of fresh produce.

Baking is something I have always been passionate about. In the past few years, I’ve attended baking classes and experimented with bread making. My sourdough starter, “Cloris,” is 8 years old and has produced many delicious loaves.

Inspired by my travels to Europe and Japan, and the small bakeries that produce fresh bread in small batches in many of the neighborhoods I explored.

So I decided to launch JCubed Bread. We’re looking forward to sharing with you! We believe firmly that you should eat the best you can get of everything you love.
